Albert Street
I am a happily married wife and a mother of 8 children, 5 of my own and 3 of my husband's. Our Children range from 12 to 27 years old.
My husband and I love to restore Old Homes. Our family network close together in Construction and Renovation. We have been reconstructing our dreamhouse, a 200 year old home in PA.
My work has been in the Foodservice Industry for 33 years. I Graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in 1981.
I've always had a passion for organic and vegatarian cooking. I have taught cooking classes for Cardiac Rehabilitation, Vegetarian Cooking, and Garde Manger.
Outdoor living is also another very advid part of my family lifestyle. Fishing and hiking along the mountains and streams; this is something our family loves to do together.
